Accounts, Submissions and User Content
Where accounts are created for feed management or content submission you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details. All submissions must be original or properly licensed. You grant glamvibrix a non-exclusive licence to use submitted material for service delivery and promotion. You warrant that submissions do not infringe third-party rights and comply with UK data protection and broadcasting regulations.
Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All intellectual property on the site belongs to glamvibrix or its licensors. You may view content for personal or internal business use only. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable EU or UK consumer protection rules. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the UK Ombudsman Services or equivalent schemes.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
